THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, LOSS OF GAME PROGRESSION, LOSS OF VIRTUAL ASSET DATA, OR SYSTEM INTERRUPTIONS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your download, installation, and use of the Games are at your sole risk. ARTRI STUDIO does not guarantee that the Games will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. Game features, content, mechanics, and availability are subject to modification, rebalancing, or permanent suspension at any time without prior notice or liability.

Our Games are designed for general audiences and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in applicable jurisdictions).
